Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "AVOID THIS COMPANY. I used Advanced Moving & Storage's services for a local move from a storage unit to an apartment. While Advanced wasn't the lowest quote, it seemed reputable and so booked with them. After booking, I received a call from one of their associates, who highly recommended adding another moving professional to my job. It was an additional cost, but accepted this recommendation and paid in advance. Upon arriving at my apartment with a truck half-full with my possessions, the Advanced moving crew informed me that need to give them another $615 in cash immediately, and that they won't move my things until did. had some cash on me, knowing that they may take more time than estimated, but not $615. I called Advanced's customer service to work through the issue. Their response was that l "probably had more things than what was reported, and so better go to the bank and get the money because the clock is ticking and it's costing me more money." What were my options? "

"They charged us 1650 $ in place for 750$ citing that the person who took the list of inventory did not have couch and dining table listed. They moved dining chairs and one half of the couch. Then a guy from a customer service called and literally bullied us to pay extra. We did but this was an added stress to us. Bullies and cheaters "

"Many of our boxes arrived in deeply damaged condition, with many of the worst boxes being those labeled as "fragile", as well as a few of our furniture pieces being delivered were damaged and broken SEE ATTACHED PICTURES. The most concerning of these incidents is the delivery of one of our boxes nearly completely ripped open, appearing to have been rummaged through. Our delivery driver showed up over an hour beyond our communicated window of 12pm-8pm, arriving at 9:15pm on a Sunday night which caused strain with our landlord and community as there are residential quiet hours. He also did not communicate this delay until around 7:45 pm. During the initial pick up, the crew lost the key to the service elevator for my apartment building and offered to cover $50 of the replacement fee but insisted if it cost anymore, it would be on me to cover this fee. My partner was away at the time and as a woman alone during the pick up stage, I didn't feel comfortable pushing back and I had assumed "

"I hired them for 10/29/25. I told them that I needed to have my entire 1 bedroom apartment re carpeted and need everything moved out. Gave him a brief list of what was going to be boxed up and needed to be moved out of the apartment. Upon full installation of the carpeting everything needs to get brought back in. Starting around 9am & not sure when finishing.He said he would charge flat rate of $650 and stay there till the job was done. On 10/29/25 on the way by me, Tim called and asked me where all the boxed up items were going? I got nervous and said ?in your truck.? They didn?t even have a truck to put my items in. They were moved into the apartment hallway and outside on my patio and grass. I had to pay $650 for that without a truck which was ridiculous. On top of it I left my TV in my living room with all cords attached. My TV was moved into my bedroom with no cords, never put back. HDMI/Power Cord are still missing. They didn?t know where they went. I had to buy all new ones."
