B-Dry Solutions offers free estimates and has 0% financing available. We also accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. The management team of B-Dry solutions has over 30 local years of combined work experience that consists of both managing and operating a team of employees in the corporate and retail environments. We have strong project management and business skills and knowledge. We will continue to train and update our employees to implement new ideas and processes that make the job more efficient without disturbing the quality of the patented B-Dry system. In 1958, joseph bevilacqua developed a method of interior basement waterproofing. He decided to dedicate his life to the waterproofing industry and continued to perfect and improve on his system. By 1978, joe reached the point where he was ready to grow his company into a national chain of b-dry system franchises. The B-Dry® system wet basement waterproofing process has been time tested for over 50 years and in over 500,000 homes nationwide. B-Dry system is the world’s largest and one of the oldest basement waterproofing organizations and we look forward to continue the success of the company. The B-Dry® system wet basement waterproofing process has been proven to be so unique and so effective at eliminating wet basement leakage and flooded basement problems that it was awarded a 1986 united states government patent!

"I contacted B-Dry Solutions in early June, 2024 to install an egress window in my basement. The price was reasonable and they communicated well all throughout the whole process. I received calls from the scheduler at the main office the week prior to installation and she was very helpful giving me an idea of what to expect. The installation team came on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 and completed the entire installation in seven (7) hours. The installation team (Jordan, Matt, Cody-1 and Cody-2) was professional, they knew their job responsibilities, and were efficient with their time. I was extremely pleased with all the work they completed and the end result was a beautiful installation. The inspector came this afternoon and highly commended the finished job. I couldn't be happier with the new egress window and the quality of the work done by B-Dry Solutions. I would use their services again if I had to install another egress window."

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

A well does not run out of water because the groundwater continues to refill with rainwater that seeps through the ground. If the well is too shallow or there is a drought, a well can run dry or be short in supply. It’s important to have a well deep enough to source enough water for your home’s use. Deeper wells tap into more groundwater reserves. If your well is not producing enough water, you may need to redig your well.

The cost to replace a well-pump motor will depend on the size, but this repair is often as costly as installing a new pump. Generally, a well-pump replacement will cost between $950 and $2,650, with an average of $1,800. Other factors like pump type and pipework will impact your final cost.

If you notice any changes to the water coming from your well, consider that a sign to get a well inspection. For example, if the water is foul-smelling, bad-tasting, cloudy, or discolored, you should call a pro. It’s also a good idea to schedule an inspection if you observe a loss of water pressure, broken equipment, loss of well capacity, or other unusual signs.

A submersible pump should be at least 10 feet from the bottom of the well to minimize the risk of the pump drawing debris into the well water. Submersible pumps work best for wells that are 25 feet deep or less. If you have a deeper well, choose a jet pump instead of a submersible model.

There are many signs to look for that will tell you when your irrigation pump is burned out. This may include low water pressure, sprinklers that sputter a lot before turning on, discolored or dirty water, or a pump that stops working altogether. If your pump has any of these issues, it is probably time to replace it.
