"Unfortunately, this customer was dealing with another office. Our office, was not aware of the interaction and we regret that an appointment was missed; however, we were not contacted by the customer or the other office outside of this review and did have no record of the customer requesting an appointment with our Aurora office. We have contacted the other office to minimize these mix ups in the future."

The interior took five days. I was not expecting it to take that long. It's a good thing I was able to work at home that week. Be sure to ask up front how many days the job is expected to take.
Aside from that, the interior job was done well. The crew ( Brandon, BC Painting) was professional and I had no problem having them in my house. They were VERY clean and made sure to clean up everything, every day. And with at least 15 hours of drywall patching and sanding, that's saying a lot. Nothing was damaged and I have yet to find even one drop of paint. Impressive.

When the job was done Jesse sent me a paid invoice along with a notarized final lien of waiver as I have requested. I certainly will hire them again.

"We appreciated the opportunity to paint this customer's beautiful home. We did send a team back out to address caulking matter and resolved it. As to the front door, we did not strip the door down to bare wood, which would have been necessary for the finish indicated below. However, we did not charge for this either. We will do a better job of offering price options and clarifying finish levels."

Their crew and Brad arrived on the day and time specified. Again, I was impressed by the hard work and friendliness of the crew, Our townhouse was not an easy painting job. We have a foyer and living room that open up to the second floor. It was also full of furniture. The crew did a wonderful job of carefully moving furniture, taking down blinds, covering furniture, and starting the job. The crew, mostly made up of 3 individuals, were motivated and worked well together. They made every effort to talk to me when necessary. I had forgotten about all of the work and effort that goes into painting. I can't emphasize how hard the crew worked and their attention to detail. They made every effort to make this a comfortable situation for us to maintain living in our townhouse during the 4 days they were here.They cleaned up each day. (I also added the upstairs ceiling to their job after I saw how well the downstairs ceiling looked. Again, CertPro was very, very open to the addition and very reasonable on the additional charge.)
I still have the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms that need o be painted. My first call will definitely be to CertaPro. What a difference a good paint job makes! CertaPro did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them!
