"The crew was on time (slightly ahead of schedule), through in their work, professional, cleaned up before/after, and highly responsive. Scheduling was done through text, as was the pre-consultation. "On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."

"I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."
