"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. They had to remove the entire rotted wood frame holding the door, cut the steel door to get a custom fit, and break some improperly poured concrete that was preventing the door from being leveled.
