I asked Mike how many gallons I would need and he told me I have to sign the contract first. It felt like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him, but that was not the case at all. If that’s how you do business then I will go elsewhere which I did. I had a new contractor the same day and you lost out on a job you would oh had. As far as I’m concerned this was a bad business decision since there are a lot of contractors looking for businesses"

Walls are sanded with a pole sander prior painting. All baseboards and door /window trims are taped and caulked. The painters apply two coats of paint. Usually we use Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. We’ve asked them to honor their warranty and fix the remaining doors so they are all uniform and they have refused.
