"Got a quote from 5 star Yorkville and was going to have them do the work . Was going to by the paint myself since it was on sale at Sherwin Williams. I asked Mike how many gallons I would need and he told me I have to sign the contract first. It felt like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him, but that was not the case at all. If that’s how you do business then I will go elsewhere which I did. I had a new contractor the same day and you lost out on a job you would oh had. As far as I’m concerned this was a bad business decision since there are a lot of contractors looking for businesses"

Floors are protected with drop cloths, furniture with plastic. The first step is to fix all drywall damages, cracks, nicks and holes. We use fiberglass tape and Easy Sand 20 compound. Walls are sanded with a pole sander prior painting. All baseboards and door /window trims are taped and caulked. The painters apply two coats of paint. Usually we use Sherwin Williams Emerald paint. We’ve asked them to honor their warranty and fix the remaining doors so they are all uniform and they have refused. There were numerous other issues as well such as over spray in many places they spilled paint on our brand new floors and left it to dry they put a small hole in our basement doors and there's uneven paint coverage in alot of places. This stuff they agreed to fix but for some reason still refuses to fix the other half of the cabinets that need correcting."
