"Got a quote from 5 star Yorkville and was going to have them do the work . Was going to by the paint myself since it was on sale at Sherwin Williams. I asked Mike how many gallons I would need and he told me I have to sign the contract first. It felt like he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him, but that was not the case at all. If that’s how you do business then I will go elsewhere which I did. I had a new contractor the same day and you lost out on a job you would oh had. As far as I’m concerned this was a bad business decision since there are a lot of contractors looking for businesses"

"I could not have been more pleased with the work done by Z & Z. My project was very large, painting almost an entire 2000 sq ft house with significant wallpaper removal and refinish a deck. Alex was able to fixed bid the project for me. Portions of the wallpaper removal ended up being very difficult, the time took longer than expected but they stuck to their original bid. They repaired 30 years worth of wall dings, nail pops, damaged corners, drywall tape issues, wall paper, etc into something that looked brand new. The end result felt like a brand new house.
