"I am currently doing quite a bit of re-modeling to my house and Mark and his team are the only one of 9 different contractors to whom I can give an almost unqualified A. Mark met me several times prior to the work to assess design, brick choice, pergola design. He was also on site for a time almost every day to inspect the work and spent a lot of effort at the beginning of the project determining how to re-design the patio once JULIE had marked utilities. The pergola is constructed by a different company with whom he contracts, but it was up in a day. Mark came when he said he would and his men worked diligently and professionally. The price was the most reasonable of the serious offers I received and he stayed within it. I found him to be absolutely trustworthy and would recommend him in a heartbeat (which I did!). If there were any marks down, they were for the following: Mark didn't seem to realize that Naperville had recently changed its rules and now requires Permits for gazebos (I discovered this myself while looking for kitchen permits). However, he then did all the work to get the permit and the start was only marginally delayed. A lot of brick needed to be cut and there was dust over the windows and siding of the rear of the house. I will need to get the windows professionally cleaned. The crew left a small series of 5 stones on the seating wall unglued and did not the best job of clearing up my yard afterward. However, when I called Mark about this he came directly himself and did it. These minor things are not enough for me to take away from the overall A, especially given the experiences I am now having with some other contractors. "
