Schutz Landscaping

Chad and his team do great work! He was able to make our vision for our yard (front, back, sides) a reality and we are very happy! He built us a great outdoor kitchen area as well as a sunken hot tub space and the lighted green spaces all throughout our lawn. We have a large rock wall and several beds with flowering and green shrubbery and trees! We love the work he did and his prices were excellent as compared to other landscaping services we received quotes from.

It went well. They couldn't just drop the tree; it was too large and in such a place that dropping it would have been impossible. They had to climb and then rope off and drop large pieces starting with the top of the tree. This was certainly not a job for amateurs, and these guys proved they were professionals. And, in the end, they did a great job of cleaning up.

Chad and crew cut down several trees in our yard to clear land for an upcoming project.  They cut them into firewood and stacked everything.  We have used Schutz Landscaping a few times in the past, and they always do a great job.  They are reasonably priced and always complete work when they say they will (usually sooner).  They are very polite and professional.  We would hire them again in the future.

The guys did a great, real professional job ... from getting the tree down on the ground to cleaning up. Thanks, Chad!

We have moved a few times and Chad and his crew has helped us with many landscape projects. We have always been very pleased with his work.

I would call this company again for pruning service but not for tree maintenance or things regarding the health of the tree. The estimate itself was for pruning trees (5 total). He also told me I needed a cable inserted in one cherry tree that was bouble-trunked. He did return my calls after he arrived home but I had already contracted another company.

I had several other companies quote the above mentioned projects but due to the seemingly high costs, I was about to put them off for another year until I was made aware of Chad's business. Because Chad does not advertise or have a website, if one isn't "directed" to him, a person can easily miss the opportunity to utilize his company - which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Both he & his crew were prompt, well mannered & cleaned up perfectly on completion of each of these projects. They worked with me on scheduling & we have already discussed a couple of projects that I will have him do next spring. :-)

THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD BE MORE HELPFUL IS IF HE HAD A PRE-PRINTED NEW SOD CARE INSTRUCTION SHEET. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE TOUCH.

I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND I WILL USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THEY ARE POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE ASKED TO DO. IN THE PAST, I CALLED CHAD AFTER HE HAD FINISHED A JOB. THEY HAD GRADED OUR YARD AND AFTER SEVERAL HARD RAINS WE NEEDED MORE DIRT. HE CAME BACK IMMEDIATELY, FIXED THE PROBLEM AND THERE WAS NO EXTRA CHARGE. CHAD WORKS ALONG WITH HIS CREW, AND HE DOES HIS OWN ESTIMATES. THERE IS NO MIDDLEMAN. WE HAD TO WAIT ON BOTH JOBS FOR HIM TO FIT US INTO HIS BUSY SCHEDULE, BUT HE IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT!

WORKING WITH CHAD SCHUTZ WAS A TRUE PLEASURE & WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. HE'S PROFESSIONAL, DOES THE WORK RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND HAS A GREAT WORK ETHIC. HE PERSONALLY SUPERVISED OUR WORK MOST OF THE TIME. OUR DRIVEWAY CAME THROUGH ITS FIRST WINTER WITH NO HEAVING OR OTHER PROBLEMS. WE HAVE HIRED HIM FOR A SECOND JOB.

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, HOWEVER, MY DECK TURNED OUT TO BE MORE RED THAN I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED.
