"J Sitko built new porches for our 2-flat in Chicago. The porches look great, the price was reasonable, the work was delivered on schedule, and we passed the city inspection without issues. They even helped schedule the city inspection earlier than planned because we suddenly had an earlier deadline. We would definitely work with them again - Thank you J Stiko!"

"Elias did a great job on my new back porch and door installation. He was very professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he showed up when he said he would, kept me updated on progress and finished on time. He found a number of smaller issues along the way, which he explained to me and corrected without increasing the cost. His work is high quality, no cutting corners to save a dime, no compromising safety. I plan to have True 45 do some additional work on my home in the future."

"The handyman that arrived was not comfortable with the estimate. He suggested the job be done on Hourly rate to determine time that it would take after he tries to do one of 7 openings. That was too open ended and the conclusion could not be determined. Ultimately, agreed to not proceed. This was done with myself sending photos of Gazebo. That was reason that handyman was not comfortable with estimate. Big waste of time for all of us. He did do a great job on the storage door. It was not handyman’s fault this turned out the way it did. I recommend you Be careful in acceptIng estimate done purely with photos."

"I have used them for 3 or 4 years and each time they have done work it has been impressive, they are open for suggestions. Hard workers and I would recommend them to anyone."

"They go beyond your expectations!! Their recommendations do not cost you extra!! (I know you know what I meant by stating that.)"

"Fantastic. Replaced rotted wood with composite for long-term maintenance-freezes. Replaced wooden spindles with a porch wire rail system. So cool. So clean. Perfectly installed. Great communication by Greg and Tom. I recommend."

"I had a closet installed in one of my bedrooms and install a curtain rod . They did a wonderful job!! I will contract them again"

"Charles was phenomenal. I needed a custom bard door created because standard sizes wouldn't fit due to the ceiling height. Charles immediately understood the project and got working right away. Nothing I would change as the door came out perfectly. Charles was also very diligent in his work making sure other aspects of the barn door were perfect such as the notch in the baseboard, the handle, the the track itself (which I had installed before hiring Charles) Overall, he is a great man and carpenter!"
