Commercial Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Hired for lawncare and snow. It has been a disaster from beginning to end. From the start of getting licensed -2 months to fill out app. 1st snow -They have left our lot a total mess. They promised services they cannot adequately deliver for residential. The first snow and everything has been wrong. They sold us a dream- the reviews have to be lies that someone put out there. The first snow; equipment breakdown; they do not come when they say they are going to come; plowed snow toward the building in parking spaces, said they would be out to fix it. That was at 7-8ish this morning. Then said around 12pmish it would be about 4 hours. It is 6pm snowing again and we are being held hostage waiting for services. I would not recommend them to any residential building ever. I had to shovel myself out yesterday for 2 1/2 HOURS to ensure I could get out to go to work today. I had to salt some areas. The elderly can't get to their cars. Im still waiting -text at 12pm to come & salt & plow.
