Great work but a little pricey.

They are all very polite, efficient, and reliable in closing the gates. I couldn't ask for anybody better and their prices are very reasonable. I especially love the fact that I don't have to worry about them taking care of my property and being responsible. I even recommended them for my neighbor next door and I will continue to use them.

They showed up on time and were able to get a lot done in two hours and they were friendly

Excellent service, efficient, polite, courteous,they tidy up everything, and very nice. They come early in the morning and they come on Sunday morning. Francisco is very nice person to tal with and he really work with you. They also remove snow.

Francisco responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner and the work was performed next day!  He accompanied the crew of five.  The work was completed quickly and the results were excellent.

I use them year-round! They are absolutely great! They are professionals, courteous, and prompt! They come out and do what they have to do, clean up and leave!

I used them for lawn mowing since last year.  They do an ok job but I would not recommend them if you have any brickwork.  The workers repeatedly drove their heavy machinery on my brick walkway even after I asked the owner multiple times for them to stop doing that.  I finally decided to just look for another company that will respect my property.

Better Green showed up at the same time, on the same day every week throughout the summer and did a very good job. The service was timely and reliable. Price was at the high end of the market, but it was what many other providers were charging so I believe it was fair.

The only problem came at the end of the season when without notice and certainly without my permission, they began charging an additional $25/wk for "leaf removal". Since billing is performed monthly, they tried billing me an additional $75 before I was even aware of it. I paid the invoice, short the additional charges, noting that I refuse to pay for charges that I was not notified of prior to incurring them. I had used two other services over the years prior to Better Green and neither ever charged for "leaf removal". Whatever leaves are on the ground are automatically collected as part of the mowing service so charging a separate fee for this is ridiculous. Maybe it results in a little extra clippings to be removed. If they would have asked for $5 I probably wouldn't have argued over it. But $25 is highway robbery. And this is certainly not a customary charge in the industry. I'll be finding a new service for 2016.

This business RIPPED ME OFF !

When I first hired them they came out and did an OK job, nothing special.

But when the leaves started to fall, He was adding an additional $20.00  each time they came to cut the lawn.

I was not aware of the added charge until I got the invoice and saw that he RIPPED ME OFF for this 

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE !

We never discussed him charging me extra because he had to cut the grass anyway, the leaves would have either been ground up or put in the grass catcher. He never called me and told me that he wanted to charge me for a service I felt I did not need.

I called and talked to Francisco the owner, and asked him why he was OVER CHARGING ME. He told me that the leaves needed to be picked up. I told him that that was MY decision and that he did it without my consent.

I told him that I should not have to pay him for unauthorized work. He said that he should get paid because he did the work.

Because I am a professional, I paid his RIP OFF CHARGES.  I would only hope that he is a professional and refunds the unauthorized charges.  The refund should be $60.00

Buyer beware if you intend to use this business.

If you deal with this guy I suggest that you get everything in writing first !

The owner and three of his workers showed up to do the work. They were here for about 3 hours and did wonderful work! I am thoroughly impressed with the work that they did and will be using them from here on out! I would give them a triple A if I could!

Francisco is professional, polite and punctual.

he came 2 times to mow our lawn--late both times.  the third time he did not show.  called and was told he would be doing the lawns in our area on monday due to delay caused by rains--tuesday they drove by our house but did  not stop called again 3 times
spoke to his wife asking to have him call me. wednesday called again no answer.  tried several times the mailbox was full. so we finally mowed our lawn ourselves.  my problem is we called him early so we would be sure to have lawn service.  now that it is june we don't know if we will be able to finnd someone to do our lawn

They did an excellent job. Cleaned everything up when they were done. I would absolutley use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs yard service.

.I was a little hesitant when my husband hired a lawn service.  I like my grass a certain height, my bushes cut my way, etc.I called them the night before and asked them to trim my bushes also.  He was friendly, polite and able to fit me in when it rained on my scheduled day.  I got home today and couldn't believe how good my yard looked. My bushes looked awesome.  The grass was cut and still green, not the awful yellow that happens when it's cut to short  The edging was perfect.  I was so happy my husband hired the right service.

They’ve been with me all year and I don’t have any problems with them.  They’re very good and I’m very happy with them.  They are here on time every Saturday and I’m quite pleased.  Their price is comparable for what they do.  Their quality is good and I have no problems.  They don’t do snow and so I have to find someone to do the snow.
