"Bryan was prompt. I told him that we had never had our Chimney swept in the 20 years we lived here. He examined our chimney and took a photo -- he showed me that the chimney was very clean -- no cleaning was necessary !! I appreciated that ! "Grant, came out to our house and was very professional and friendly. He came on time and was very customer focused. We showed him our fireplace and we explained what we were looking for. He took care of cleaning and inspecting our chimney. Also while he was cleaning he noticed some issues that we were able to resolve that day. We appreciate his service and doing the job right.
