I live in Lakewood Ranch and needed my roof replaced. I contacted Bold Roofing and met with Joe. I decided he was the roofer for me. The crew did an amazing job on the roof and clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Bold Roofing Inc. for all your roofing needs.

They completed a large roof just in two days as promised. Both days they worked until it was dark. Their foreman came back the next day (Saturday) and made sure that everything was completed properly.

Joe does a great job discussing the project needs and following up. The quality of the new roof looks great and they even fixed a venting problem I was not aware of. Post work clean up for the most part was very good, but there was some debris on back patio and near garage (only small amounts addressed in less than 5 minutes) - so a 9.5 out of 10 there.

Top Midwest Construction installed a quality roof in a timely fashion at a very competitive price. The crew arrived timely, worked efficiently and finished a large roof with tear off in a single day. The materials used were high quality and when they were finished, the yard was clean and orderly. Couldn’t ask for better.

Midwest Construction did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They were efficient as they had to remove a lot of the decking before installing the new roof. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would hire them again

Joe was the only contractor that was able to find the issue with our roof and fixed it. He gave us a quote and stood by the quote. There was a slight issue with the door and gave us a credit to find the door we wanted, and replaced it with no additional charge.

I had three proposals for my roof and Top Midwest Constriction was not only the lowest but Joe's level of knowledge of roofing was the convincing factor for me to go with his company.
