Donny the owner of Mastercat pushed up on his list of people to see because of our mold situation which he took very seriously because of the health hazards. The crew from Mastercat removed all effected areas and took care to pull out all of our flood damaged items that could not be saved.  The crew completed the job in one day and were very patient with my husband and mine questions. The worked on a Sunday and did not charge extra for this. I would highly recommend this company!

"I called Professional Home Improvement on Sept 12th to find out about getting a quote on gutters for my home. I was told that they couldn't schedule a time for an estimate, but they would have the salesman call me the next day to set up an appointment. I had not received a response from anyone at the company for two weeks, so I decided to send an email and see if they were interested in my business. I received an email response five days later letting me know that they wouldn't do gutter work without doing soffit or siding work. If they would have informed me of this when I originally called, I wouldn't have wasted my time in the first place. There was also no mention of the fact that I had called 2 weeks earlier, nor an apology that no one had responded to my original call. Overall I am disappointed with the way that this situation was handled.

"The owner came out promptly and looked at our issue, explained the problem fully and outlined what they would do to take care of the problem.  After we decided to have them do the job,  they were out within a few days to do the work. They are very knowledgeable in the mold remediation process, very professional and efficient."

"i was in panic as i had called another co. the week before to come out on Wednesday, the 15th, as the building was going to be listed for sale and had to be ready to show on Thursday the 16th! the "other guy" had tried to convince me on the phone to use "relining" as opposed to refinishing! and he was persistent! i was not happy with the sales push and he relented, agreeing to come out on the 15th to refinish the tub. on the 13th he sent me AN E-MAIL STATING HIS WORKER COULDN'T MAKE IT! i had taken the 15th off from work to be here and to say that i was ticked off would be an understatement. BROWN on the 13th and he came out on such short notice on the 15th, and did an AMAZING JOB! the realtor who "walked through " with prospective buyers 2 days later asked for his name and phone as did my painters for their clients! "Orlando and his team were very professional and performed the work carefully but quickly.  They covered all areas thoroughly, requiring  us to do nothing with regard to moving furniture or breakables.  The walls look great, and the ceiling looks phenomenal!  They fixed all of my "do-it-yourself" edging mistakes.  I will definitely use them again.

"The entire project went very well. Oval Royce was our Project Manager and he did a wonderful job communicating and staying on top of the entire project. There were a few changes and additions and Oval made sure they were handled appropriately and the charges for the extra items were very fair and reasonable."

Rob and his team were very professional and punctual. We had some unique work arounds that they handled with no problem. They did a fantastic job and had it completed within the time frame given.
