"He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."

 I contracted with Chris to replace my roof.  When it started to leak he came out right away and decided to begin the job the next day.  He got the roof on in one day but with all the rain we had it took 2 weeks to finish the job.  Chris suggested I move the bathroom vent so the solar tube could be in the middle of the ceiling. He did not charge me for moving the vent.  He also had his men take down and remove all the old cabinets in my garage and a old table in my basement, no charge.  When the skylights did not work he had the rep there in a few days to reprogram the units.  They work great now and look beautiful.  Chris is great to work with, always upbeat and ready to listen to you.  Great job!

"We love this guy- Last year, he and his team painted our entire inside of house, including the ceilings. This time, we had granite installed in our kitchen and nobody we checked with would disconnect and reinstall the gas stove top and sink, so we asked Chris to do that as well as various touch ups/caulking in every room of the house. "I hired AAABR Service Company to work on a two-bedroom condominium in Crystal Lake, IL. The owner, Ron Pecorini, is a complete professional all the way. This was one of the best and most satisfying experiences I’ve ever had in decades of hiring numerous trades people. Ron and his company “check all the boxes” when it comes to communication, work performed, and follow-through. In looking for a painting service, I contacted perhaps six different companies. Three of them never even had the courtesy to respond to phone calls or emails with a simple “no thanks, we’re booked.” In contrast, Ron was quick to respond and we were able to set up a mutually convenient time to meet. He and his crew manager, Jim, asked detailed questions, took notes, and made suggestions for minor repairs and patching that I might want to consider. His was the “mama bear” quote: I had one higher and one lower, but none of the other companies took as much time to completely understand the project. It was their attention to detail that won them the job. The 1100 sq. ft. unit had to be painted from top to bottom: all ceilings, all walls, all doors and trim. The crew did top-notch work and Ron and Jim set enough people on the job so that it was finished in less than three full days. But the thing that set AAABR apart from most other contractors is that Ron kept me informed every step of the way. I was in another state during the time that the painting was being done, and Ron sent several texts each day to keep me apprised of all activities and progress. He even kept tabs on other tradesmen that were in the unit at the same time. Now that’s service above and beyond!"

"Two people showed up and got straight to work removing a drop ceiling, drywall and ceiling as well as framing. When the third showed up the job shifted into high gear with minimal slow downs or distraction. They cleaned up incredibly well including covering my stairs and then vacuuming them, vacuuming the entire space two to three times and leaving us very little to clean."
