They followed up with some mailed written material. Two courteous fellows showed up in uniform and company truck with professional equipment. They moved all the furniture we requested they move on sliders. They left it all back in place, but elevated slightly on some hard Styrofoam-like wedges. Honest folks. Our square footage was under what the deal called for, so they did not charge for the scotch-guarding we asked for.
