"Real professionals, told me they couldn't make an old couch look new. This couch is my dogs, just needed to be cleaned. Great job guys, the couch looks new to me."

"Bill’s cleaning service is the best. He made the upholstery on a 20 year 5 piece sectional and ottoman look like new. He was here on time, was very conscientious of his work, and left nothing behind. I highly recommend Bills Cleaning service and will use him again for carpets in the future."

"Kyle came out and cleaned an area rug, carpeted stairs, 2 couches and a sectional. Smelled great, dried fast, and the customer service was amazing."

"I called Beverly in a bind because our condo on Airbnb was left in disarray by a guest who snuck a cat in. She got back to me right away, was super pleasant on the phone and they were able to come out the next day. Carlos came out to clean our white couch full of black cat, and a mattress with some fresh cat urine and got them both looking fantastic. Prices were totally reasonable as well. I would definitely hire TNT again."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I should have done this review a year ago -- sorry, Art -- but he is fantastic. He did a wonderful job of my basement (we had just moved into a new house). Initially, he had given me a reasonable quote on the phone on the basis of three rooms. When he got to my house, he saw I have a large basement and told me that he had underestimated the quote because he didn't realize the size of my basement. He was very polite about it. He checked the other rooms I had thought of doing, but he very honestly said he didn't think the rooms needed a full cleaning and offered to do spot cleaning where necessary."
