"I live in MI, but had to get a toilet replaced at my mother's home in Burlington, WI. Not happy with the estimate I got from her regular plumber, I posted the job on Networx.com, a Home Advisor partner. Ryan Collins (Collins Sanitary, LLC) was on the phone within 10 minutes offering to do the job. Since I was in town only briefly, I needed to get the job done quickly. After checking his credentials (Ryan is a Master Plumber), I called back and was able to schedule the work for the very next day. Ryan arrived when he said he would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area, and charged a very fair price. (He installed a toilet that my husband was able to buy on sale at Menard's, and hauled away the old one.) I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only would I recommend Collins Sanitary to others, I've also advised my mother to permanently switch plumbers!"

"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price. In a nutshell if you want good honest work done go with Drains Inc and give Tim a call."

"Outstanding customer service provided by Sean when I needed a really bad drain backup cleared. He quickly came out to my home IN THE EVENING and took care of clearing my drain as well as the mess that was there from the stinky and gross overflow. When he finished the job he gave me some great tips on how to avoid this from happening again. So happy with his service and the bonus recommendations to keep my drain clean and clear. Highly recommend Legendary... and Sean! He has helped me with my furnace and my AC previously and is a great tech that knows his stuff! He's quick, polite and cleans up everything when done.
