Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price.
