"First, let me say that I was thrilled with the work this company did for us. Sadot was great at communicating with me. He showed up with his crew at 7:00 am, just as he promised, and had the whole project completed by 7:00 pm that same day. We had him remove all of the old cedar boards from our two large decks and replace them with new boards. I also had him install some new posts for a wall I later built on one side of the upper deck. They even did some additional work beefing up some of the deck structure to make the existing posts sturdier. They hauled away all of the old decking and everything was completely cleaned up before they left."

"Bazan Painting did a great job for us. We are very pleased, especially since it was not an easy project. First of all, Ray Bazan helped us identify the colors we were looking for. We were in greens, and there isn't just one green, there's a gazillion greens. Plus, we were using
two different shades of green -- one being darker. The first color we picked was not quite right -- too neon-ish. Ray helped find us a softer, lighter green. We then had difficulty with the darker tone, and Ray added more color to the original can of darker green to avoid another purchase and save us money, and the color turned out just right. His crew moved and protected all the furniture and put kraft paper down to protect the floors. They filled and sanded all nail holes and nail pops. They put two coats on our living room, which is two stories, went up the stairs and finished the loft. Also two-coated our dining room in a darker tone, with the original color used as an accent. Finally, painted our bathroom, using one of the greens as a base, one as an accent. Everything was cleaned up and put back together and the job was completed in the time Ray had estimated. There were no issues or surprises. We had used Bazan painting before, and we would use them again. We definitely recommend Bazan Painting."

"Angel did a great job on refinishing my interior wood window frames on two large corner windows. On day one he came and stripped and put down the new stain. Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood.
