He showed up with his crew at 7:00 am, just as he promised, and had the whole project completed by 7:00 pm that same day. They even did some additional work beefing up some of the deck structure to make the existing posts sturdier. Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood.
