"Everything than can go wrong, has gone wrong with this company. None of their technicians know how to diagnose issues so their go to is to sell you a new unit. They once told me I needed a new sump pump for 3000 dollars, only for another company tell me I only needed a 250 dollar switch. This is after I had already bought a new furnace from four seasons a year prior. They clearly only care about selling you new equipment. Against my better judgement, I called them to service my AC as it stopped working during 100 degree weather. They tell me I need a new one. They took their time coming out to me during this heatwave and then are unable to install it because the previous technician misdiagnosed the issue. A BRAND NEW UNIT IS NOT WORKING FROM THEM. And they left without finishing the job, I am now sleeping in a near 90 degree house with 2 seniors and a dog that just had surgery. This company is soulless."

If you are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and make sure the job is safe for you and your family. Look no further. I had experience with a few electricians and I have never had anyone to complete the work as if he was working on his own home.
