However, when I saw how professional they were, and how well it was turning out, I added to my scope of work and had them do two decks and repair outside structures. "There was an immediate response for a quote and satisfied with that, I booked the job. I had to wait a few weeks for them to start, but that was also agreed upon. I needed help with color choices and ProTect uses Sherwin Williams paint, so SW sent someone to my home to help me pick out colors. That helped me tremendously. The color consultation resulted in some additional changes to our original contract but I feel their contract fairly spells out what the costs for changes will be so there aren't any surprises in the end. I have vaulted tray ceilings which I decided to paint separate colors which created a lot of additional work for the crew, but they happily complied even though it changed the original 4-5 day commitment to a 6-7 day commitment.
From Day 1 to Day 7, their crew was friendly, professional and extremely courteous. They took great care to protect my furniture and my floors and even took down all my curtains and reinstalled them when the job was complete.
I absolutely love the finished product.  It's made our new house our home.
