They came out to give a quote within a day of contacting them. Then, once we signed the contract, Walter and his crew were back to start the project within a week and finished within a couple days. He was always very responsive via email and was able to answer all my questions regarding the work done (in terms I could understand). Within an hour Tom had contacted me and gathered all the general information. The other two companies never responded at all. The next day Wes showed up and inspected our roof and ceilings.
