And Doug exceeded all expectations. I knew I wanted grommet drape panels to cover out great room windows that already had blinds. Doug supplied many sample books of fabric colors and textures as well as showed me various grommet and pole sizes and colors with the pros and cons for each and drew up custom plans for each. I could not be happier with the results. Doug listened to all my thoughts as well as supplied ideas. The end results were as though he had read my mind but improved upon it! As for the deck slider covering, I had no clue what to do. Doug made some excellent suggestions and I chose the Hunter Douglas Applause Vertiglide that stacks to the left and is almost out of sight when open. Finally, my husband wanted a shutter in the study. But an unusual one where both the louvers and each entire panel could open separately against the wall. Doug installed two stacked shutters that are amazing and just what my husband hoped for. We highly recommend Suburban Window Fashions. The quality is superb, the the prices with the Angie's discount are great and Doug has the patience of a saint!"

"I had two vertical faux wood blinds that were in bad shape and I was searching for their replacements. The ladders on both had broken making them non functional and two slats had broken. I priced out replacements with installation that would be an estimate of $500.00 for the identical blinds. I sent him pictures of the blinds and he quoted me $30.00 per blind and a $40.00 trip charge and would repair at my home without dismantling them. "I HIGHLY recommend Donna and Web Decors. Before we selected Donna we had received a quote from another company as well as pricing things on the internet that would require self-installation. Donna was the first pro that we heard from and she should have been the LAST!!! We received the quote from the other company and the price they quoted us for two rooms was more than Web Decors quoted us for our entire first floor. I could not believe that there would be such a huge price difference in two different companies. Not only was the price for two rooms through a competitor more than all the work that Donna did but the other company did not quote us the wood shutters which were the most expensive part of this project. Donna is very good about communication and getting back to you very quickly on any questions that you might have. Her and her installer Brad are both professional and will let you know if there will be a delay. We were told that the install would be hopefully completed by Christmas and it was. We COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the window treatments that Donna helped us pick out and that Brad expertly installed. Our house is 100 years old and we were a bit concerned that the wood shutters would look natural as extensions had to be used to get around the windows. It looks as though these were a part of the original house. We have had guests over who remarked on how beautiful the treatments look and how natural they fit into the room. It is common to get more than one estimate for a project but do yourself a favor. Get an estimate or two from a competitor and then call Donna at Web Decors and see what her prices will be. I am pretty sure that you will be pleasantly surprised by her pricing and I can guarantee that you will be happy with the finished project."
