Harold came out with all kinds of samples. He was very knowledgeable and didn't push anything, which always makes a big difference to me. He also did all the installation, and everything looks perfect! I appreciated his input regarding what type of blind should go on which window based on room use, window/sun location and my preferences. All of it especially made sense when the blinds were installed. I couldn't be happier and spent more time than I care to admit just walking from room to room after he left. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. He was the installer as well and did an outstanding job with the glass replacements. "My wife and I found Best Windows due to their positive online reviews. Upon talking with John who is the owner, we found out he installed Kensington HPP products. I started researching the products and really liked what I saw from Kensington HPP. I decided on getting 2 sliding patio doors with heat mirror glass. John also went above and beyond to let my wife and I visit a home which had a similar slider installed so I could compare the product to others I had seen in person. This sealed the deal for us as the quality is outstanding and we went with Best Windows. The pricing for the doors were very competitive especially when you consider the warranty from both the manufacturer and for the the install. Communication was excellent and the whole process went smoothly. We did hit a couple snags but John has stepped up immediately and the new parts have been ordered. If anything changes negatively, I will update this review. So far we are happy we chose this company to do our doors and when we end up replacing windows next year, John will be my first call.
