I was impressed with the selection and the samples the he brought to show me. I ordered a variety of window treatments.  Mr. Blazek returned when my window treatments came in.  He installed them quickly and efficiently.  He then gave me a complete tutorial on how to use them, clean them and care for them.  Warranty details were defined for me. I was extremely pleased with all the help I received.

He was honest and a pleasure to deal with. He was the installer as well and did an outstanding job with the glass replacements. "The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job.
