A/C unit arrived damaged but the had a replacement delivered same day by 11:00 am. Install was complete by 5:00

Everything about the job was a positive experience. They are reasonable and their prices are comparable to everybody else. They only charged me for the filter. They give you really good treatment. They will come right away to fix it if you have any problem.

He was fine. He came out and gave me an estimate. Two or three days later they came out with the hot water heater. It took about half an hour to get it down the steps and three or four hours to install it. Then it was all done and over with. The quality was good. He was comparable to other prices in the area. He was very responsive and I would use him again.

On the first day they showed(friday) up they worked very fast and repaired many of my plumbing problems. Since the plumbing was worse then we had expected they did not complete all of the repairs before it was time for them to leave. They discussed coming back on Monday but could not give me a concrete answer on the time they would return. On Monday, a different gentleman showed up and he continued repairing the plumbing and getting it in working order. On one particular pipe, he ended up soldering it about 5 times before it stopped leaking. 5 times for a professional plumber @ about $28 dollars an hour seems rather excessive. I would probably be a customer for life had they offered to come back on Saturday or stay late on Friday for less then the $60 plus dollars an hour. They only stayed until 3:30 on Friday because that apparently is their full work day or week. All weekend I was without plumbing and basically you can hire anyone @ $28 dollars an hour to do plumbing work for you. Nothing really makes these guys special. Honestly, no one tries to go the extra mile anymore anyways. They are good plumbers, very nice and professional but nothing special.
