Everything I hoped for, quick service, even on New Year’s Day. Got here within 1 hour, went right to work, Sewer drain was cleared within one hour. Tech was nice and good at what he did and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with the entire process and cost was fair. I highly recommend them and I would use them again

Thinks it's a good idea to waste the time of another small business owner for no other reason. Now mind you I have been a long time customer of his business with my wife and my multiple rental properties for atleast a couple of years now.

Amazing! Kory arrived in less than an hour. Had over an inch of standing water in the basement. (I had a submersible pump on the floor draining the water out a window and down the driveway via a hose. It was borrowed & I said that I'd have to go and get one.) He put the new pump in, and although it was running, it wasn't emptying, it was just cycling back into the sump pit. He tried using the camera from the curb but there was a junction he couldn't get past. There was a lot of road construction and my yard had been dug up right next to the discharge pipe, so he told me to call the city in case they damaged the pipe. He did not just leave then, he came up with a possible solution. There are 2 pipes in my sump pit connected with a 'cross' pipe. He was going to cut the 'cross' pipe and cap it. He went to Ace to get a cap and came back with the cap AND a submersible pump! He cut/capped, plugged in the pump and it worked. The problem was the emergency backup pump. It had broken off the pipe so the water was just cycling back into the pit. There was also a 1" lip around the sump pit and he suggested that he cut part of it out so the basement floor water could just drain into the pit and I could also squeegee water directly into the pit. He went the extra hundred miles to make things easier for me. He also has a great sense of humor which eased my considerable amount of stress. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and amazing person!
