"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. "We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. It was satisfactory. I had some extra work done, so I paid more. They replaced another outside faucet, and I had to fix a sump pump piping, they replaced the drain pipe for the secondary sump pump, and I had to do some repair work on the bath tub. I paid 700 Dollars.The quality of service was good. It took them a while to get back to me, I guess they may be busy. He cancelled once, and showed up the second time. He was very knowledgeable, and I would use him again if I needed."
