"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"JCB does excellent work, they are quality craftsmen. They do the work quickly but thoroughly. Jack is one of the most trustworthy person that I have found in the building/service industry. Jack will problem-solve and guide us as needed but never "up-sells" unnecessarily. And JCB is a full-service contractor. Recently, they painted, replaced all the rotting wood on the exterior of our house, among other things. In the past, they have replaced a wall damaged by a water leak, refinished our basement and painted the entire interior of our house. I trust them implicitly."

He did some remodeling work for us on our siding, deck and windows and we were very happy with the results. He also upgraded our electrical.
