Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "This is my second project with Fil and Thor Build. The idea to construct a mezzanine was something that I had envisioned when I first saw my condo. I showed Fil my ideas on paper along with photos of how I wanted everything to look. Fil ran with it and brought it to fruition. Everything turned out even better than how I had envisioned. During the project, I requested some modifications which Fil gladly accommodated; he even created a custom door for me that is absolutely stunning - the quality work of artisans! To top it all off, this project was completed while I was 600 miles away. I had to rely strictly on photos and good communication. I had tons of questions during the construction phase and I'm sure I must've drove Fil crazy at times. However he was always professional and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had.
