11 he left my house a mess!! Tracked mud all over, left water all over the bathroom floors, moved personal items and didn't return them, and left a (used ) toilet brush in my bathtub. Never returned our calls or responded to emails. Very unprofessional and not to be trusted in the house.

He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half.
