Ryan did all of the sanding that required a drum sander himself, which was a huge relief. When the job was finished, there was no dust to clean! Our floors look brand new and are so beautiful! Ryan always asked prior to completing an additional repair and was very upfront about what the cost would be; there were no surprises on our bill. Ryan was also able to offer us high quality cleaning supplies and furniture coasters to prevent scratches at a very small price; I appreciated this from someone who is in the business of repairing scratched floors. We received lots of information and tips on how to make our floors look new for as long as possible. Ryan was very tidy with his tools. We are extremely pleased with his work and will be hiring him again in the future for other flooring jobs.
