WAL-MART

I went to purchase some soap and grooming products. I sometimes go specifically to get a few items I cannot get elsewhere. I try to avoid this store as much as possible because it seems there is never any store personnel on the sales floor to offer assistance. I was in the store 30 minutes and never saw one clerk. One item I buy here is a large bottle of Dial body wash which I can't find elsewhere. Roughly every-other time I shop here, the store is out of stock. I had a coupon; buy two get one free. There were only three bottles on the shelf and one was damaged, but I took it anyway deciding I could transfer the contents later. I also had a two coupons for Schick razors. One was buy two get $5.00 off and the other was $3.00 off one. I took three packs to the checkout. The checker told me that the store would not honor both. Then she proceeded to ring up not three but four bottles of Dial. I caught it and tried to point the error out. She had so much trouble trying to fix her mistake the customers behind me got angry and left the line. She then rang up three not two packs of razors. (Remember, I wasn't allowed to buy third pack with my second coupon, just because.) Again it was up to me to explain the error. It was as if she had never handled a coupon before. She then went into a long story about how NINE people had been recently fired because of coupon errors! She wasn't going to be the 10th! (Good luck on that.) Store manager...wherever you are hiding...please come out and give your people a little training. As a final indignation, when I got home, I found that the bag of Hershey's I paid for was not in my sack.

Everything works out fine there. If I ever have a different medication the pharmacist meets with me and asks if I have any questions about it.

It seems to take them longer to get the proscriptions filled then other places. The people that work their are friendly.

THE PEOPLE ON THE SALES FLOOR WERE NOT HELPFUL. WHEN WE FOUND SOMEONE FAMILIAR WITH THE PRODUCT HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO TALK WITH US. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE UNIT WE BOUGHT, AND WE FINALLY GOT A REFUND AFTER A MONTH.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE KNOW ME BECAUSE WE DEVELOP SO MUCH FILM SO I AM ALWAYS TREATED VERY GOOD.
