"We had our lake house sided by Continental. We were impressed with Bill's presentation and knowledge of the product. We were equally impressed by Mike's crew who installed the siding. He communicated throughout the installation process and he was easy to get in contact with, if we had any questions. We haven't seen any product like the Polymer and foam backing and its nice to know that we don't have to spend any more money on having to do it again in the future."

"Agape came prepared to go up on my roof and looked in my attic to locate the areas where water was entering my interior. They communicated my options thoroughly and professionally, and far exceeded other companies that gave estimates in these regards. The price for the repair (and to replace the entire roof) was only several hundred more than some estimates, but I hands down felt more confident in Agape.

The work was completed in several hours, they cleaned up, and were pleasant to chat with.

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:
I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."

Siding questions, answered by experts

Quincy homeowners are embracing fiber cement and impact-resistant vinyl siding for their durability and low maintenance. Popular design trends include board and batten styles, earth-tone colors that complement the local landscape, and mixing materials like stone or brick accents. Many also opt for insulated siding to enhance energy efficiency and weather protection, reflecting a growing focus on both curb appeal and long-term home performance.

Helpful?

Siding projects in Quincy can impact exterior electrical fixtures, plumbing vents, and HVAC components, especially if these systems are integrated into your home’s exterior walls. Removing or replacing siding may also reveal hidden issues with insulation or foundation. It’s wise to work with a contractor familiar with local building practices to ensure all systems are properly coordinated and your home remains weather-tight and efficient.

Helpful?

In Quincy, combining siding with upgrades like window replacement, roof repair, or adding exterior insulation can streamline your home improvement process and minimize disruption. Coordinating these projects helps ensure proper weatherproofing and can improve your home’s energy efficiency. Additionally, scheduling multiple exterior updates together often reduces project timelines and helps prevent gaps in your home’s protection during unpredictable local weather.

Helpful?

In Quincy, address siding repairs right away if you notice water intrusion, warped panels, or visible storm damage, as these can quickly compromise your home’s exterior. For less urgent issues like fading or minor dents, you can plan repairs for the off-season when contractors are more available. Prioritizing repairs based on severity and local weather patterns helps protect your home’s structure and maintain curb appeal.

Helpful?

In Quincy, pay close attention to peeling paint, soft spots, or warped boards on your home’s exterior. These signs may indicate hidden moisture problems or pest entry points, which can escalate quickly due to the region’s humidity and rainfall. Early detection of cracked caulking or small gaps allows you to address underlying insulation or weatherproofing issues before they lead to more extensive repairs.
