"A sales person came out and showed me what they offered even though he came in a vehicle with the windows installed for 189 logo on it I don't recall the rep saying anything about that price. After a fairly long presentation about the products we got down to dollars and cents I replaced five windows for $289.00 each plus the haul away fee and taxes for a total of around $2450.00 or so and I had to pay half of that at the time the order was placed because the windows are made to order I was told by the rep. A week later the company sent someone out to measure the windows again to make sure the first person got it right( I thought that was smart) . I got a call I guess about a month later to tell me my windows were ready to be installed and we set a date. The installers showed up on time and started taking the old windows out on what had the be most humid day of the summer, I was told they would be installing the windows from the outside and that they would put plastic over the space when the window was taken out but the tape wouldn't stick and after two or three hours withe the windows open in Missouri in June I had every fly in my house that could make it to this part of town. The windows look great and I must say they took their time and now that it's getting cold I can feel the difference . Bottom line with window world they should stop talking about the $189 windows in ads cause I don't think they really have such a product I guess it's just the way they get in the door.

They changed both our roof and siding, it only took them one and a half day to complete the work. It was like there was no work done, they did a good work cleaning up after themselves. "They've done good work. The quality is really good. Once they started the work it was done quickly, about two days. Rock solid and perfect clean up. Good technicians. They know exactly what they are doing. They give you a discount if you put a sign in your yard, the contract is put a sign up for a week a few times a year. "Contractor left a large paint sprayer in our garage for 4 months while the house was rented by vacationing guests. (the house is a vacation rental home.)  I had to point out to contractor that they painted over a fungus that was growing on house siding, instead of properly cleaning/removing this prior to painting.  They painted over the lights on the exterior of the house instead of removing prior to painting. Contract stated that soffit vents were to be installed on both sides of the house.  Contractor only installed soffit vents on one side of the house and did not inform me of this.  I paid contractor in full ($14,258.00) and found out later that the soffit vents were not installed on both sides of house.  December 7, 2015, I informed contractor I wanted him to install the missing soffit vents and needed the roof warranty paperwork.  Contractor told me he would send me the paperwork for the roof warranty. We still have not received the roof warranty. Jan 6, 2016 he responded to my request saying he would install the missing soffit vents, he still has not completed the work.  I have not heard from him since and have not received the roof warranty.  His phone has been disconected, voice mailboxes are full on other phone lines he has. We have texted, emailed and called he refuses to return any form of contact.  We have been forced to contact the roofing supplier ourselves in an attempt to obtain our rightfull warranty. We are not sure if they will be able to link the contractor to our roof. Plus our contract included a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and the company won't even respond to our requests to just finish the job they were paid for. I can only imagine trying to get them to stand by their workmanship warranty.
