Thompson Roofing is the best of the best in our area. Thompson Roofing maintained excellent contact with me up until my appointment, they arrived before the appointment time, and were incredibly friendly. They answered every question I had and when it’s time to replace the roof, I won’t pick anyone else!

How many times did they come and sit in the driveway and talk about the job. After 3 attempts and opportunities for them to actually get to work I had to find someone else. Like other reviews, they are mostly crooks looking for a pay check without actually doing any work. Their bids are about double. Hire at your own risk.

Do not, and I repeat; Do not hire this company. They are crook's. Still have exposed flashing, tore off my gutters took every penny of my insurance claim check 13k for a job they didn't finish. Notified thur e mail and demanded we not contact them again. F***ing Crooks!!

great estimate very hard call on my part very knowledgeable in the end I chose Gary Chanllee after I heard from neighbors and co workers all good things I made my choice and am happy but it was a tough call thanks

Timely, quick and without any problems

Project went very well, 1 layer of roofing was removed and impact resistant shingles were installed. Receipt showing payment for the purchase of roofing materials by Thompson from the suppling vendor was promptly sent to me upon request. The presentation packet given to me at the beginning of the project showed proof of insurance .

Thompson Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. The owner dealt with us with a high level of integrity and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. The roof was replaced in a very professional manner by his employees and our yard was cleaned up very carefully after each day.

Great from start to finish! Very easy to deal with, honest and showed up when they said they would! Highly recommend!

It was wonderful, they were fantastic, they had it done when they said they will and they cleaned up after themselves. Great job! I would definitely recommend Thompson Roofing to everyone.

They tore holes in the ceiling, There are signs of extreme water damage above the ceiling & they came up with "the previous owners painted with cheap paint & the water marks bled thru." Lastly, a gutter on one side is not taking the water because Thompson Roofing put the porch awning over the gutter & the water is pouring over the side. I contacted him again & he sent me a nasty message back telling me not to contact him again & to go through an attorney. So that's what I'm doing. Nondisclosure & delay of the roofer to minimize damage to the roof/water leaking. This is our retirement home. I have never had such problems with people not disclosing and getting nasty messages when I can go to every person in this loop by email (a couple with Thompson signs in front of them) and ruin their business if I felt like it. After tornado in March 2017, we hired Jon Thompson as General Contractor for roof, siding, gutters, and garage door replacement. While Jon was initially very responsive, and coordinated with the insurance company, he dropped the project after the roof was done. We are left with an incomplete job. We have had no response from him or any of the subcontractors he committed to use. So the job is incomplete!

John Thompson III was informative of what he found and took care of the repairs that were needed. For the work he did, the cost was nothing to what I thought it would be, saved me lots of $$$. Would definitely call on him again if we ever have any other damages to our home.

John was very professional and responsive. His crew was there within days of our agreement, and finished the roof in two days. He kept me aware of when each task/trade would be completed along the way. He managed all of this without me having to drive the 2.5 hours to meet him. Once I was able to get down there, I saw that all work had been done at a high quality, and he did a great job of cleaning all the roofing debris. Very pleased and impressed, and never even met him face-to-face.

John came out to our house to give us a quote on our roof. We had noticed some water spots on our ceiling and realized it was time after 30 years. We called a few roofing companies to come to the house to give quotes. Having contractors show up on time when they say they are and perform the work is hard to find in the lake area.

I am pleased to say John and his team are professional, on time, and provide superior service at extremely fair prices. John explained the process in detail, took pictures and did everything to make the process easy. It is very hard to find a contractor as professional and hard working as Thompson Roofing & Siding. Our family was at ease with John because he always showed up on time and cleaned the property up much better then we expected. I have recommended John Thompson with Thompson Roofing & Siding to all of my neighbors and friends because he truly is the best in the area!
