"Went fine. He found some more issues with one of the toilets and fixed but ended up costing me another $350. Everything looked good but one flush valve in master bedroom chain came off a few times but seems to be working fine now."

The amount of water wasted when a toilet ghost flushes depends on the cause of the ghost flushing. The chain might not have the right tension. For example, a chain that’s too short can make the handle feel stuck. Check that there’s some slack in the chain. Old, worn-out flappers can get stuck, too. In this case, you’ll need to see which size toilet flapper you need.

The best way to stop your toilet bowl from sweating is to increase ventilation and get rid of the humidity in your bathroom. You can do this in a number of ways. Sometimes, cracking a window or running your exhaust fan is enough. You can also run an air conditioner or install a dehumidifier
