"Nick and his team did an amazing job on our multi-room major remodeling project (including an entire kitchen make-over). Tiling, hardwood flooring, lighting, drywalling... there isn't anything he and his small team can't tackle. They are awesome and always gave us an full days work. Nick is honest, conscientious, and has a great work ethic. There were no middle-man charges for bringing in his favorite cabinet maker, Bryan (of Zelensek & Sons). These two are perfectionists and were fun to work with to make our more unique ideas a reality. Nick used other personal contacts to get us the best deals on tiling and also on our countertops. "Mike did an excellent job!  
We discussed proper access to my condo unit and confirmed that it could be done before I placed my order.  Once purchased, I locked in a date with Mike over a few messages.  Mike arrived on the date scheduled and went over the process as he was working, he also had me point out any problem areas that may need more attention.  By the time he was complete the carpets looked brand new!  The carpets are a very light color and there were some spots I thought would not be completely fixable (i.e. you would still see some traces after cleaning).  But, the cleaning exceeded my expectations and there is no sign of prior problem areas.
I would have no problem hiring Mike again, and will be contacting him in the future for work on my furniture (couch).

"Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.
