"As someone who travels often for work, I don’t have time to micromanage home projects — I need things done right, on time, and with minimal hassle. Century City Baths completely delivered. The team handled the remodel with impressive precision. Every fixture, tile, and finish was installed perfectly, and the space was spotless when I got back. The bathroom feels modern, functional, and low-maintenance — exactly what I wanted. I especially appreciate how durable everything feels; when you’re not home often, you want a space that just works without any issues. Now, coming home after a long business trip feels like stepping into a hotel suite — except it’s mine. Clean, sharp, and built to last. I couldn’t recommend Century City Baths more highly."

"Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company."

"Manny came out to our home with one day notice for a rush job, and couldn't have been more accommodating. He was able to cut and polish our existing granite countertop, as well as re-install it so that we could re-use it with our new cabinets. He was on time, efficient, and super friendly!"

"Don and Carol came out and priced the entire bathroom. The scope was reduced and Don re-estimated. Project Scope: New Bathtub and Remove/Replace Ceramic Floor Tile. Ken did work; I was not present to interface with Ken, but Don was available to report progress/ask questions daily. Final Outcome: Excellent."

The average cost of installing tile is around $2,000, ranging between $400 and $6,500, depending on the type of tile, square footage of tile, and whether or not your tiling contractor performs site preparation, like removing old tile. On average, you can expect to pay between $5 and $45 per square foot, largely depending on the type and quality of the tiles you choose. For example, ceramic and travertine tile cost about $1 per square foot, but luxury tile options like marble cost up to $350 per square foot, not including labor.
The cost of home remodeling is $50,000 for the average homeowner. However, this cost can range anywhere from $3,000 for a small project to $170,000 for a whole home remodel. Factors like project size, location, and room type all affect your overall cost. For example, bedroom remodeling costs are one of the least expensive projects, costing about $1,500 to $5,500 per bedroom. However, a kitchen remodel has a significant cost range, totaling anywhere from $14,500 to over $70,000.
Yes, most states require home remodeling contractors to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed home remodeling contractor could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Tile will almost always last longer than laminate flooring, regardless of the type of tile installed. Porcelain tile can last for 75 years or more with proper care, and even less durable ceramic tile will last for 60 years or more, provided they’re installed by a tile professional. On the other hand, laminate flooring has an average lifespan of around 20 years, and you might only get 10 to 15 years out of low-cost laminate flooring. As such, tile will add far more value to your home than laminate.
The cost to install countertops is $3,105 on average. This project cost can range from $400 to $8,500, depending on the material, edging, and countertop size.
Laminate countertops are generally the most cost-efficient, ranging from $8 to $27 per square foot. On the other hand, slate countertops are considered more luxurious and range from $30 to $90 per square foot. There are also countertop materials priced between those two, including stainless steel, granite, Corian, and wood.
