"I called David asking for a Radon test, within 45 minutes he arrived at my house. After he performed the test, we decided to have a unit installed. From start to finish David & his team was nothing but professional. I highly recommend David Cook Radon Services. 5 stars…Thanks again"

"Salesman that we were to replace dry wall. Later learned we were to have it removed. Attempts to reach supervisors and owners resulted in zero until time to do installation. Gave $1300+ down. Note: this went to the salesman, not to MABS. Then salesman stated $12,000 more if MABS removed the dry wall. Paid salesman and his friend to remove it but didn't do all of it! Sent certified letters to Cedar Rapids address after we got no verbal responses to phone calls. Later learned they receive no mail there, only in Davenport. Were to have GFI outlet placed at far end of basement. 3 electricians said not possible. Also discharge was to be underground to rear of yard which we thought meant to back! House sits on clay. Was to discharge under ground out 10 feet from house. Canceled installation and have found that other basement waterproofing companies do not require 2.5 feet of dry wall removed: only baseboard. Cost was same as MABS. Now we must pay to have drywall installed after the waterproofing is completed."

Pros: 1) reduced overall radon levels by about 75% 2) they did the work in extreme cold temps 3) done in about 4 hours Cons: 1) They arrived late (although they did call to let me know) 2) they did not wear boot covers or put down any floor protector when walking on my carpet 3) they set dirty toolboxes and caulk guns directly on carpet 4) exhaust pipe is too close to roof peak and can be seen from street view of house Overall, good job. I can live with seeing the pipe from the street. I would recommend based on the overall work."

"Serviceman was nice but when I called the office to complain the man was maniacal, SCREAMING at me. He certainly needs to learn how to treat customers along with some anger management sessions."
