Foresight Home Inspection

We are 12 miles away from this home he inspected until we close on it the end of July, so communication had to be done by text and phone John did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop and letting us know what he found. We would highly recommend him. We felt he was very thorough and gave good suggestions for remedies of a few things he found. We would definitely use him again if we needed to.

Jon did a great job. He was extremely thorough and took the time to show you issues he found and gave solutions on how to fix the issues. His report was in great detail and had photos to show exactly what he was talking about. As for cost he was cheaper than the other inspectors I contacted. You will not be disappointed if you hire him.

John did an outstanding job!!! So thorough, patient, explained things and made great suggestions. We hired another inspector in March who was nice but did an awful job, cost us $6,000 for his mistakes. But John was fantastic!! You are lucky if you can hire him. Inexpensive, too!

Initial home inspection seemed ok. After moving in, found a huge miss on Jon s inspection-water line had been leaking from refrigerator hose causing a big mold issue. This was never brought up on inspection, or ever discovered during his walk-through. It is apparent this had been an ongoing issue for quite some time due to damage I now have. Jon hasn t been reachable anymore by phone, he had asked for pictures of problem area, and now I have stopped hearing from him. I would definitely not recommend this business for your home inspection needs. Maybe the quickness of the inspection lead to the miss that is now going to be a very costly repair for me.
