"The job went very well, I requested an estimate, and the representative came by and took a look at my water and system. Gave me the price options, and I asked when you can do the installation? He said now if you like. I had a new water softener installed within a few hours. Awsome service"

"When Dave arrived and looked at the faucet and where it was located - he told me that it would be an additional $50 to cut a hole in the drywall which I said ok. Then he went down to the basement to look for the water connection and he noticed that I had an old disconnected water softener. He mentioned to me to me that I should have this water softener removed because it should be because it potentially could cause an explosion. Then he replaced the faucet and I asked him to give me an estimate on a 50gal new hot water heater and he did, gave me a written estimate and said that they would replace all the connections and hookups and I thought the estimate was totally fare. Then as he was leaving, he said that he was not going to charge me for the cut into the drywall, and I was most appreciative. He did a great job and I will definitely have him come back again.
