"Set up appointment to observe issues with my water softener.  Employee from American Pure Water was very professional-showed me the issues and offered several options to purchase new or to repair old.  Showed me several options of new softeners with description of all shared with me . No pushy sales at all!!  Made decision  to purchase.  The following Saturday employee from American Pure Water arrived to install new water softener and hauled my old one away. Within forty five minutes I had a new softener installed and understood how all functions and what I need to do (if needed).   Throughout entire process employees were friendly, professional, not pushy, offered many options, seemed to have much knowledge and strong belief of their products. When he arrived at the house to take care of it, the problem fixed itself. He said sometimes that happens after leaving it alone for a few days. So..he ended up just running the water for a couple of minutes and leaving. He did say they would hold onto the $ and we could apply it to something else in the future. Hope they keep their word.
