Retail and service for both spas and pools. We have brand new and reconditioned spas, so give us a price range and we can help you out. Our Company is run and managed by the two owners for a complete hands on experience. We have several sub contractors who are all local and owner operators as well. For Angie Customers we offer 10% on everything that is off the shelf inventory and service.

"He knows his stuff but is usually to inebriated to perform the work, speak to you in an knowledgeable manner, never gives you invoices at the time of his visit but than bills two to three. You are left scratching your head."

Upon installation of a lawn irrigation system, you will receive 2 seasonal service contract, which includes the start up and shut down of your system, a fertile system which fertilizes your lawn(fee), repels bugs and rust, also a hose enclose which hides your garden hose for those small jobs (fee).

"Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them."

There are a few time periods or conditions during which you should avoid aerating your lawn. For example, do not aerate when the ground is frozen or waterlogged, as it can damage the soil structure and grass roots. Aerating during the peak of summer heat or drought is also not recommended since it can stress your grass further. It's best to wait for cooler, more favorable conditions. Finally, newly seeded lawns should not be aerated until the grass is well-established, usually at least one year after seeding.
