They give you a discount if you pay upfront for all treatments. I have not seen Walter, various people come out to do the treatments. I have a lot of shrubs so it takes awhile to do, maybe about an hour.

They were flexible when I needed to rearrange services because of a large landscaping project I was doing (they showed up when I was working in the yard and I asked if they could come back the following week. They said no problem).
We pay for the whole season up front. This year there was a misunderstanding and they did a grub control application even though I didn't order it. To be fair, we did discuss it at the beginning of the season, but I said I would wait and make that decision later. When they did the application and left me the bill, I called the office and explained that we had only discussed this and I had not planned on ordering this service this year. She apologized and took my information and said they would look into it and call me back. The next morning I received a call with an apology and they said they would reverse the charges on that application. Needless to say, I was very pleased with their prompt and agreeable resolution!
They have earned our recommendation and we will continue to use their services.

Any work that we perform is detailed in an estimate and we do require signature of approval from the customer before any work is performed. In regards to the product we used instead of a straw blanket; penn mulch is used in comparison to a straw blanket due to the pricing of straw blanket being very costly to the customer. It is used quite a bit by many in our industry and it is more cost effective for our customers without compromising quality. In regards to the seeding; seeding can never be 100% guaranteed by anyone due to environmental reasons such as the weather and the amount of water the seedlings receive over a period of time. This response to your review is not by any means a way to excuse what has happened and we are truly sorry that you were not happy with our services.
