I requested three bids on the project and we picked Creative Concrete and Landscape because they were the middle of the line bid, but more importantly John was the only one of the three that appeared professional and went above and beyond to answer questions and provide insight.
The set up phase, pour, and clean up went fantastic. I was able to communicate with John and receive responses less than 24 hours later (I had to get a permit and deal with the village and needed his help quite a bit).
